Die Zusatzmittelwaagen sind bereits ab Werk betriebsfertig verrohrt und komplett verkabelt und seitlich auf Klemmenkasten angeschlossen. Dies reduziert den Montageaufwand vor Ort in hohem Ma\u00dfe. F\u00fcr den geschlossenen Materialkreislauf in der Betonproduktion wird nach EN08 gefordert, dass die Dichte im Restwasserbecken den Grenzwert von 1,07 kg\/l nicht \u00fcbersteigt. Das OLAS-Messsystem liefert eine Ausgangsschnittstelle (4-20mA). In der modernen GEDIS Steuerung IBS33W ist eine Tabellen-Matrix f\u00fcr vier Betonfamilien vorhanden, in welcher der Brauchwasseranteil in % zu der von OLAS gemessenen Brauchwasserdichte kg\/l hinterlegt und entsprechend der Familien im GEDIS Steuerungsprogramm geregelt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Der Standard Messbereich des OLAS-Systems liegt zwischen 1,00 kg\/l und 1,15 kg\/l, so-dass es auch bei kurzzeitiger \u00dcberschreitung des Grenzwertes von 1,07 kg\/l m\u00f6glich ist, zuverl\u00e4ssig den maximalen Gesamtwasser-Dichtewert in der GEDIS Anlagensteuerung IBS33W zu erfassen und durch Frischwasserzugabe im Recyclingbecken wieder zu senken. Der Messwert wird bei jeder Dosierung gemessen und f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Charge angewendet. Der Feststoffanteil wird bei der Sollwertberechnung der Komponente Sand ber\u00fccksichtigt und mit der Dosierung eingespart. Durch die Integration der Brauchwasserdichtemessung k\u00f6nnen weiterhin wichtige Ressourcen, wie Wasser und Zement \u2013 bei gleichbleibender Produktqualit\u00e4t \u2013 eingespart werden. Das OLAS-System kann mit wenig Aufwand auch nachtr\u00e4glich in die GEDIS Steuerung IBS33W integriert werden, gute Referenzen liegen vor. Einen weiteren Vorteil der Nutzung des Systems stellt der Arbeitsschutz dar, da das Personal nicht mehr, wie gewohnt, physisch am Recyclingbecken arbeiten muss und somit der direkte Hautkontakt mit dem Restwasser vermieden wird.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
