With Autonomous Plant, you can digitize and automate the key processes related to your ready-mix concrete plant. Our order terminal is directly integrated with your scheduling system and card payment system, and it fits seamlessly into your existing system infrastructure.
Since no two concrete plants operate exactly the same way, we do not rely on rigid, standardized procedures: We work with you to tailor the individual processes to your needs and adapt them to the requirements of your location. The integration with scheduling, the scanning of cards assigned to the customer or vehicle, as well as ordering, payment, production approval, and delivery slip issuance are all combined into a seamless digital process.
The software is designed to be multilingual. Drivers and customers can use the user interface in their preferred language. This allows a wide variety of users to navigate the ordering process quickly and confidently. Ready-mix concrete plants today face two key challenges: high communication costs during day-to-day operations and rising labor costs coupled with fluctuating capacity utilization.
The daily routine of a plant operator is characterized by many tasks that must be handled simultaneously. The plant’s own concrete mixers and loading processes must be coordinated, customers picking up their own orders must be served, and inquiries must be answered. At the same time, the actual plant operations must continue to run reliably. This means a lot of communication, many interruptions, and a significant amount of coordination.
Our order terminal handles a large part of these processes digitally. For our own concrete mixers, a card assigned to the vehicle is scanned at the terminal. The terminal then displays the orders that have already been assigned to that vehicle by the dispatch department. A linked LED display clearly indicates to drivers when they can drive under the mixing tower for loading. Once the process is complete, the delivery slip is generated. This ensures the driver always knows what to do next—without having to constantly check with the plant operator.
Customers who pick up their orders themselves and have a loyalty card can easily order their concrete on their own.
Even registered self-pickup customers can complete the entire ordering process on their own. They are identified at the terminal using their customer card and can order their concrete through an intuitive user interface.

Specify the quantity.
Confirm the order.
Wait for loading.
Receive the delivery slip.
The multilingual user interface and clear UI elements guide users step by step through the entire process. Customers and drivers can select the language that works best for them and receive all relevant information clearly displayed right on the terminal. This prevents misunderstandings and ensures that even less experienced users quickly understand what to do.
Even customers picking up their orders in person who don’t have a loyalty card can place an order directly.
Customers without a loyalty card can also order concrete directly at the terminal. After selecting the concrete type and quantity, they can pay conveniently using the linked card payment system. Once payment is complete, the order is released for production in accordance with the defined process. This makes it easy and efficient to serve walk-in customers —without any additional administrative work for the plant operator.

Drivers working for the company, as well as customers picking up their own orders – whether or not they have a customer card – can order their concrete independently at the terminal or view orders that have already been scheduled.
The process works similarly to modern self-service terminals found in restaurants and retail stores: Select a language. Select an order or a product. Enter the quantity. Confirm the order. Pay, if necessary. Pick up the concrete. Thanks to the multilingual software, customers and drivers with varying language skills can be guided through the process confidently and intuitively.
The company’s own concrete mixers scan the card assigned to the vehicle at the terminal and immediately receive the orders already assigned by the dispatching department.
Customers picking up their orders in person who have a loyalty card are identified at the terminal. Through the integration with your existing systems, stored customer data and terms and conditions can be assigned to the respective order.
Customers picking up their order in person who do not have a loyalty card can also select and order their concrete directly at the terminal. Payment is made through the linked card payment system.
The result is a simple, intuitive ordering process that does not require any employee to be permanently assigned solely to taking orders or guiding customers through the process.
Utilize existing infrastructure instead of hiring additional staff.
Of course, even a largely autonomous facility still requires organizational processes. However, tasks such as security on the factory grounds, cleaning, equipment inspection, and material replenishment can be integrated into your existing internal organization.
The key difference: There is no need for additional staff to be on hand at the mixing plant at all times to handle orders, fulfill pre-scheduled orders, process payments, and provide driver information. We work with you to determine which tasks will be automated, which checks are required, and how the specific workflow at your site will be structured, based on your operational and customer-specific requirements.
